Otterbein Senior Life is seeking a Full-Time Home Health LPN to serve the greater Lebanon, Ohio area (Lebanon, Middletown, Springboro, Dayton and parts of Cincinnati). You will travel locally delivering patient services in our Medicare-certified Home Health program, guided by our mission-focused ministry.
The role requires a Graduate of an approved nursing program with an Ohio LPN license and CPR, along with at least 2 years of direct patient care in hospice or home health.
