Soft Path Medical is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) in Lebanon, OH. Part-time positions are encouraged; flexibility is required as schedules may change based on staffing and facility needs, with Sundays and Mondays off.
The LPN will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications and therapies, document patient records, observe conditions, and support physicians. A solid knowledge of nursing procedures, HIPAA, and patient safety is essential.
