Mason Health Care Center is a long-term care facility under new management. We're building a team of compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality care and creating a positive workplace for everyone.
LPN Responiibilities Include:- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes
- Take vital signs and maintain clinical records
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Assist residents with daily needs and comfort
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and care team staff
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
