Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team! As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance test cases. Analyst duties and responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing test plans for product defects
• Reviewing and approving test results
• Developing and tracking test metrics
• Helping maintain the quality of products
• Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
• Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
• Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing

Requirements and qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Technical Expertise - SQL and PL SQL experience analyzing data
• Working experience in Agile environment
• Defect tracking tool such as Remedies, JIRA, Zephyr etc.
• Perform data analysis and problem identification using Cognos reporting tool
• Education - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/training required.
