United Dairy Farmers - 890 Columbus Avenue - Responsibilities:
Manage other associates including assigning and monitoring duties, coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Perform screening interviews with applicants;
Handle store administration tasks such as ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, and transferring products;
Ensure overall guest services and the Hi Five Guest Experience to encourage return visits;
Operate and manage the Point of Sale system and gas console, including processing transactions and handling payments
