Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entry points, and perimeter zones, to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues in accordance with site procedures;
Document daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate
