Data Center Technician

A leading global data center provider supporting mission-critical customer environments. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability of critical infrastructure systems in a 24/7/365 data center environment while leading a small shift team of 1–4 technicians. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating technicians during an assigned shift, supporting the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, cooling, life safety, and critical power systems, monitoring and responding to facility alarms, utilizing CMMS to track maintenance activities, executing and following SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, MMRs, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to complete maintenance and project work safely, serving as a customer-facing point of contact for colocation clients, and supporting equipment switching, operational improvements, root cause investigations, and infrastructure projects.
