Lebanon/Mason, OH | 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM | Direct Hire
A growing, family-owned manufacturing and contract packaging company in the Lebanon/Mason area is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This is a direct hire role with a company that invests in its people and its equipment — they've recently expanded and continue to grow.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose failures and put in place long-term fixes, not just quick patches
- Read and work from electrical schematics
- Work hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Track work in a CMMS
- Help with general facility maintenance as needed
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Solid electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and power distribution
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics
- Mechanical aptitude — gears, chains, belts, bearings, conveyors
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action
- Valid driver's license
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or similar
- Manufacturing or packaging industry background
- Welding, machining, or fabrication experience
- Experience with compressed air, vacuum, or hydraulic systems
- $35-$42/hour, direct hire
- Full benefits package

- 4-hour minimum pay for after-hours call-ins
