Full-Time

Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday, Friday-Sunday 9 am to finish
- Guaranteed 40 hours every week. Overtime opportunities.

$21.00 per hour

$21 an hour (weekly pay)

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team delivering packages for Fed Ex routes. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle while completing assigned routes efficiently and accurately.

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle (non-CDL required)
• Load, unload, sort, and organize packages for daily delivery routes
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner
• Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS and delivery technology
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery location
• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures when required
• Maintain accurate delivery records through handheld scanners or electronic devices
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Follow all DOT safety guidelines, company policies, and Fed Ex delivery standards
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Lift, carry, and move packages up to 75 lbs. throughout the workday

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age (if required by company insurance guidelines)
• Previous delivery, driving, courier, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle in various weather conditions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, courier, or route delivery experience
• Box truck, cargo van, or step van driving experience
• Experience using handheld scanners and GPS navigation systems
• Warehouse or package handling experience

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and varying weather
• Must be able to safely enter and exit delivery vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
