The Inventory Control Coordinator supports the ERP system by creating and managing ordering systems, analyzing discrepancies, and managing other shipping and receiving requests. This individual interacts with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Shipping and Receiving, Management, Purchasing, and external Customers and Auditors. Key competencies:
Analytical Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, and Mathematical Skills.
- Manage Cycle Count in MES
- Research all variance codes in association with inventory movements
- Perform material checks in warehouse as needed
- Communicate with Production, Logistics, and Quality on process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy in relation to “work in process” locations
- Process all Transfer Order Requests for R&D
- Assist in the disposal and completion of QNs
- Other duties in support of company objectives

- Inventory experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment.
- Flavor industry experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
