Responsible to prepare exam materials the day before a scheduled exam. On the day of the exam, be available to handle questions and/or concerns from Proctor(s). When exams are completed, gather exam material, secure the exams, and submit them to HF‑CDHP. This position is located Lebanon, Oregon.
Knowledge- Lab equipment and safety procedures.

- Able to operate computer and manipulate needed items to complete the assignment.
- Previous experience in administering academic test exam in an educational setting or similar experience.
- A.A. or A.S. Degree or completion of 60 units college credits.
- Prepare for exams for students who are granted test accommodations.
- Oversee exam materials, Zoom login information and signage for testing rooms; ensure testing rooms are vacant prior to exam start time.
- Be available to proctor exams and /or assist scheduled proctors with questions/concerns as needed.
- Gather student exam materials and/or completed proctor forms and email to HF‑CDHP Staff.
- Ensure testing area is maintained.
- Communicate with HF‑CDHP staff and complete proctor forms as needed; ensure the noise level in testing area is kept to a minimum during exams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Hours may vary on Student Exam Schedules.
Do the essential functions of this job require lifting? Yes. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Other physical demands include frequent use of hands to operate a PC, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, occasionally standing, walking, stooping, and smelling. Vision abilities required are close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a typical classroom setting. Noise level is low to moderate.
