As a Planner Scheduler Level 2, you’ll support the development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project schedules across assigned scopes of work. You’ll partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams to monitor progress, identify variances, and support mitigation planning.
In This Role, You Will- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for assigned scopes
- Perform routine schedule updates and progress assessments
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams
- Identify schedule variances and support mitigation planning
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking reports
- Support documentation of schedule impacts related to project changes
- Participate in planning and coordination meetings
- Compile and maintain subcontractor schedules
- Analyze critical and near-critical paths
- Maintain accurate logic, durations, and sequencing
- Prepare schedule update narratives and progress summaries
- Ensure schedules align with ENTEK standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- More than two (2) years of progressive planning and scheduling experience
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software preferred
- Understanding of engineering, construction, or manufacturing sequencing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience supporting capital projects or industrial manufacturing schedules
- Experience with critical path and change impact analysis
- Experience working with integrated master schedules
This is a full-time, exempt position. Some schedule flexibility may be required based on project needs.
