Antea Group in Guiana is recognized for its multidisciplinary expertise in projects. We work throughout the regional territory to carry out works of public works, waste management tools, and earthworks. We work in the field of water management (drinking water, sanitation, networks, hydraulic structures), roads, and waste (ISDnd, landfill, sorting center, hazardous waste management platform). The missions we carry out require adaptation to the constraints of sites sometimes very isolated and difficult to access by conventional means.

You will join our Infrastructure team composed of 3 engineers and a technician, a team in development in a very dynamic sector.

Attached to the Head of the Geotechnical Engineering Team in Guiana, your missions will consist of:

• Participating in our geotechnical and infrastructure activity through the technical and contractual management of study and work projects;
• Contributing to and leading the technical realization of geotechnical engineering studies and missions as well as works of public works in the fields of geotechnical works and civil engineering (support and diagnosis of works (mines, quarries, dikes, reservoirs, dams, fluvial and maritime works, OA), foundations and earthworks (slope stability, retaining walls, prevention of natural risks...) ;
• Producing studies and missions described in the NF P 94-500 standard of November 2013 by relying, if necessary, on specialized teams or our experts in metropolitan France,
• Leading site meetings with our clients,
• Providing support to project managers for the realization of investigations and diagnostics, calculation notes and project studies, as well as for the writing of reports or specifications;
• Supporting internal specialized teams in case of need for expertise and supervising engineering students;
• Also participating in the commercial activity of the Infrastructures sector and its development (elaboration of offers, follow-up and maintenance of clientele).

Driving license B is mandatory.

Travels throughout the entire territory of the Antilles-Guyana are to be expected in this position.

The position is based in Macouria with occasional trips throughout the Guyanese territory.
