job summary:the activities assistant will plan and coordinate meaningful activities to enrich the lives and environment of our residents in our memory care facility. This is a fun and rewarding job that helps to maintain and foster a positive atmosphere. Sapphire will provide the training and guidance to make sure you are confident in this role.
responsibilities:- assist in the planning and carrying out of the facilities life enrichment program
- conduct one on one activities with residents
- collaborate with outside community organizations or volunteers
- the activity assistant will document all participation from residents
- assists in timely decorating for holidays or special events
- assist during mealtime as needed
- other duties as assigned

who we are: bridge creek memory care is located in lebanon, oregon. With a capacity of 58 residents, the community is our largest memory care. The community is beautiful and well cared for by our administrator jody burton. Of recent we had the pleasure of updating the dining room furniture and the living room furniture. The newest feature to this community is our stunning veterans room.
