Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a travel job in Lebanon, Oregon.
Job Details- Specialty:

8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week - Shift: Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Requirements- Active Oregon OT License required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- BLS/BCLS Certification required
