Assignment Details

Minimum of 1 year experience required.

• Current unencumbered pharmacist licensure in Oregon.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Compliance with pre-employment/post-offer drug screening.

• Optimize patient drug therapy based on medication expertise.
• Ensure safe and effective use of medications.
• Provide consultations and recommendations to healthcare teams.
• Participate in medication management and monitoring programs.
