Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Fabricator Fitter, you'll apply your welding and fabrication expertise to build high-quality custom equipment. You'll work closely with the production team to bring blueprints and technical drawings to life, ensuring precision and craftsmanship at every step.

What You'll Do As a Fabricator Fitter, you will be responsible for:

• Fabricating, fitting, and welding parts and assemblies from blueprints and engineered drawings
• Building custom machinery, stairways, platforms, conveyor systems, and structural components
• Accurately measuring, laying out, fitting, and assembling materials
• Operating shears, press brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, and other fabrication equipment
• Using forklifts, rigging, and overhead cranes to safely move and position materials
• Maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment
• Working occasional overtime or Saturdays to meet project deadlines

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2+ years of fabrication and fitting experience preferred
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing skills
• Familiarity with production welding and arc welding techniques
• Solid understanding of plumb, level, square, layout, math, and geometry
• Experience constructing structural components, stairways, conveyors, or similar projects
• Rigging and overhead crane experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take pride in quality craftsmanship
• Personal toolbox with standard fabrication tools
