Aerospace Production Supervisor

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies seeks an Aerospace Production Supervisor to lead aluminum investment casting operations in our Salem, OR facility. This role oversees daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in a high integrity aerospace manufacturing environment. You will coordinate staffing, assign work, monitor process controls, and resolve production issues. The supervisor coaches and develops technicians, drives 5S and continuous improvement, partners with engineering and quality, tracks KPIs, and ensures compliance with customer, aerospace, and PCC standards across all shifts and work cells.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily aerospace casting production operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are met
• Assign work, manage staffing levels, and coordinate shift activities
• Monitor process parameters and resolve production issues
• Drive 5
• S, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
• Train, coach, and evaluate production operators and technicians
• Collaborate with engineering and quality on process control and NCRs
• Track and report production KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with aerospace, customer, and PCC standards
• Support equipment uptime, maintenance coordination, and audits
