A respected manufacturing/industrial shop is looking to bring on an experienced Manual Machinist who knows their craft and can run manual lathes, mills, and related equipment with confidence. • Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment
• Machine parts to precise specifications using prints, drawings, and verbal instructions
• Perform measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, safe work area
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust setups for best results
• Work independently and collaborate with the shop team to meet production goals

• 3+ years of manual machining experience (lathe and mill required)
• Strong understanding of machining principles, feeds/speeds, and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid math and measurement skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality
• Experience with threading, boring, facing, and tight‑tolerance work (preferred)
