What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality urgent care to patients within clinical guidelines and state regulations
• Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide seamless, efficient care
• Help patients avoid unnecessary ER visits by offering accessible, non-emergency medical treatment

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on an outpatient basis to include procedures normally performed in an urgent care setting
• Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. Arrange for referral resources for those medical specialties not provided by theorganizationfor patients of the clinic
• Evaluate patients todeterminethe medical condition of the patient, through the performance of physical examinations,thereby,establishinga diagnosis and proposed treatment plan
• Perform such clinical procedures for patient'sbenefit which are within scope and skill ofpractitioner
• Communicate information to patientsregardingdiagnosis and treatment goals
• Maintains accurate, complete,conciseandtimelydocumentationwith afocus onproper level coding and clinical documentation integrity(CDI) in the electronic medical record
• Ability to performoccupational andtelemedicinepatient care
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as laband x-rayreview
• Perform other job-related dutiesas may be assigned by the Medical Director

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA license or willingness to obtain
• Solid understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Genuine passion for patient-centered care
