Job SummaryThis facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) or locum tenens support to fill a current need.
Schedule & Setting- Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. - Practice Setting:
Outpatient Clinic - Patients Per Day: 20
- Scope:
Standard Primary Care, All Ages
- Active Oregon State License
- DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Board Certified
- Medical or dental malpractice insurance through AMN Healthcare
