Avamere Rehab of Lebanon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CNAs, maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. A nursing degree and Oregon RN license are required; BSN is preferred.
