Alcohol and Addiction RN jobs at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital in Lebanon, OR let you oversee and facilitate the healthcare needs of adults and families dealing with substance use disorders. You will implement nursing care in both residential and outpatient settings, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment. To qualify, you must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a current Oregon RN license.
Experience in substance abuse, behavioral health, or addiction nursing is expected. Strong skills in assessment, medication management, and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy are needed. Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries are essential. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.
