2020 Companies is offering part‑time Territory Sales Representative opportunities representing our client, Dell.
Activities as a Field Sales Manager- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
- Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
- Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
- Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
- Guide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
- Coordinate group trainings and execute.
- Promote the Dell brand to customers while building relationships with store associates and management.
- Attend bi‑annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance metrics.
- Capture customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategy.
- Accurately document sales activity, store visits, and best practices.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
- Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Effectively execute sales activities in each location during all visits.
- Effectively demonstrate an ongoing ability to establish, maintain, and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement, and consistent productivity.
- Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
- Travel within 70 miles of the ideal market zip code with occasional travel to other markets.
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
