Maintenance Technician/ Millwright
Lebanon, Oregon. Full-time, non-exempt position.
What You’ll Do- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Install systems and components in accordance with Oregon electrical codes and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC drives, PLC-based control systems, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic documentation.
- Layout, build, and wire small to medium-sized electrical control panels.
- Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot instruments and controllers.
- Identify electrical deficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment downtime.
- Create, manage, and complete maintenance work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Specify and coordinate procurement of electrical components and replacement parts.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and support plant operations as needed.
- Follow Lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety standards.
We’re seeking a skilled electrician with strong troubleshooting abilities, industrial electrical experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications- Three (3) years of electrical experience and/or Millwright experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, instrumentation, and automation systems.
- Experience building and wiring electrical control panels.
- Computer proficiency and experience with maintenance management systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday. Schedule flexibility may be required to support emergency maintenance activities and production needs, including occasional after‑hours response.
