What you'll be doing:

• Process invoices, payment requests, checks, and ACH payments accurately and on time
• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and serve as a key point of contact for vendors, faculty, and staff
• Maintain vendor records, collect W-9/W-8 documentation, and support 1099 reporting requirements
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies while ensuring smooth and timely processing
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and financial reporting activities
• Monitor AP aging and outstanding items, helping ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with campus departments to provide exceptional customer service and financial support
• Contribute ideas that improve processes and create efficiencies within the Business Office
