We're seeking a passionate and engaging English Teacher to inspire a love of language, literature, and communication at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll guide students through meaningful learning experiences in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical analysis while fostering the communication and critical thinking skills essential for academic achievement and lifelong success.

• Creating engaging lessons that bring literature, writing, and language arts concepts to life
• Building a safe, positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express ideas and think critically
• Balancing direct instruction, discussion, collaboration, and individualized learning opportunities
• Integrating technology and research-based instructional practices into classroom learning
• Connecting classroom instruction to real-world communication, literacy, and problem-solving skills

• Appropriate Pennsylvania teacher certification
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study
• Strong motivational, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively utilize technology within the classroom
