We're seeking a dynamic and student-centered Mathematics Teacher to inspire students to develop strong problem-solving skills, mathematical reasoning, and a lifelong appreciation for learning at Lebanon School District. In this role, you'll guide students through engaging mathematical experiences that build a strong academic foundation while fostering critical thinking, communication, and real-world application of mathematical concepts.

• Creating engaging lessons that bring mathematical concepts to life through meaningful applications
• Building a safe, productive learning environment where students feel confident to take risks and grow academically
• Balancing direct instruction, collaborative learning, and individualized support to meet diverse student needs
• Using data and assessment results to drive instructional decisions and improve student achievement
• Connecting mathematics instruction to college, career, and everyday life experiences

• Bachelor's degree
• Appropriate Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification and qualifications prescribed by law, including Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requirements

You'll lead students in a dynamic classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and active engagement in learning. The position requires the ability to move throughout the classroom and school building, utilize instructional technology, supervise students during school activities, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
