Relationship Banker

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver personalized service to our retail customers. In this role, you'll open and service accounts, process transactions, and proactively identify customer needs across deposits, digital banking, and basic lending. You'll build long-term relationships, educate customers on financial solutions, and refer to specialists when appropriate. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retail customers, providing personalized banking service
• Open and maintain checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and digital solutions
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Educate customers on online and mobile banking tools
• Refer customers to specialists for lending, wealth management, and business services
• Meet individual and branch sales and service goals while maintaining compliance
• Support community outreach and represent the bank at local events
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, security, and regulatory requirements
