Key Responsibilities of the Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist role:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for long-term wellness.
Collaborate closely with physicians, PTAs, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements of the Travel Physical Therapist:
Valid PA State Licence
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Physical Therapist Outpatient setting
