Key Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists
Operate linear accelerators and other specialized equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions
Monitor and document patient responses and progress
Collaborate with oncology team to support individualized care plans
Maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with clinical protocols
Uphold radiation safety standards and infection control practices
Qualifications
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
Active BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a clinical radiation oncology setting
Proficiency in operating treatment planning and delivery systems
Excellent communication and patient care skills
