Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
As a Travel RN, you will:
Provide patient-centered care and assessment during night shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient progress and document accurately in EMR systems
Respond to emergencies and provide safe, timely interventions
Support patients and families with compassionate communication and care

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active RN license  in Pennsylvania (or compact license)
Minimum 1 year of recent hospital RN experience
BLS certification required  (ACLS may be required based on unit)
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
