Description:

Schedule requirements include Monday through Friday, from 06:45 to 15:15.
Call expectations are every third day and at least 1 to 2 weekends per month.
There is an expectation to assist in the general operating room when there are no CVOR cases.
Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fit.
If clinical requirements are met, candidates will be referred to the manager for a final decision.
Manager interviews will be conducted as part of the selection process.
Candidates should be able to care for COVID patients.
This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
Maximum allowed Request Time Off (RTO) is 7 days.
Call requirements include coverage from 15:00 to 07:00 on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
Weekend coverage may be required as needed.
Floating is not applicable in this role.
Prior charge experience is preferred.
Charting experience with any community hospital is necessary.
Additional skills include CVOR procedures such as atrial septal defect repair, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), and others.
Candidates must comply with all safety protocols including fire safety, infection control, and specimen handling.
Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.
Candidates must possess a valid certification from AHA or ARC only.
Pairs are acceptable, but schedules cannot be guaranteed.
Candidates must have NBSTSA certification for OR Tech/CST roles.
Modules may be required prior to start and will take 5-6 hours to complete.
