Weekend Schedule: F-S-S 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
** Work 36 paid for 40**

1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift

3:30 - 1:30

Pay: 25-50

Location: Lebanon, PA

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Weekend CNC Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines, boring mills, and lathes. Responsible for producing precision parts from blueprints and specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Perform CNC machine operations, including minor program edits and basic G/M code adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Select proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and work-holding methods.
• Machine parts to tight tolerances and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.
• Assist with fixture and jig setup or fabrication.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Candidate Requirements

· Ideally 2+ years of CNC machining experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Technical training or machining education preferred.

· Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

· Proficient with precision measuring tools.

· Strong understanding of shop math, trigonometry, and GD&T.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to inspect parts and use precision measuring instruments.

Sign-On Bonus

• $1,000 with first paycheck
• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,000 at the one-year anniversary

Monthly Bonus Program

• 1st consecutive month exceeding $4M in revenue: $200 per qualified employee
• 2nd consecutive month exceeding $4M in revenue: $400 per qualified employee
• 3rd consecutive month exceeding $4M in revenue: $800 per qualified employee
• After the third consecutive month, employees continue to receive $800 per month for each additional consecutive month the $4M target is achieved
• If the $4M target is missed in any month, the bonus resets to $200 the next time the target is met and begins building again

Relocation Assistance

• Paid with the employee's first paycheck upon submission of relocation documentation
• Based on time zone rather than distance from Lebanon (for candidates relocating from more than two hours away):
• • Within 2 hours: $1,000
  • Eastern Time Zone: $2,000
  • Central Time Zone: $3,000
  • Mountain Time Zone: $4,000
  • Pacific Time Zone: $5,000
• Relocation assistance is separate from the sign-on bonus
