At Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab , we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing while helping guide and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care. • Support the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations

• Lead, train, and mentor nursing staff members

• Assist with care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance

• Communicate with physicians, residents, and family members regarding resident care needs

• Help ensure excellent resident care and efficient nursing department workflow

• Make daily rounds to support staff, identify concerns, and follow up appropriately

• Assist with staff education, onboarding, and development

• Support resident dignity, safety, and quality outcomes

• Step in where needed to support teamwork and facility operations

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Organized, dependable, and team-focused professional
