Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $761.79

What You’ll Do

Provide advanced nursing support during urgent cardiothoracic surgeries in a hospital setting
Support the surgical team with perioperative patient care, including vein harvesting
Participate in 24-hour call rotations, ensuring immediate response to critical needs
Support patients aged 18 and above from ICU to discharge
Collaborate with APP colleagues and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
Document care and procedures accurately in EPIC EMR system
Assist with post-operative care, patient monitoring, and urgent procedures

What You Need

Valid PA RN license and DEA registration
At least 3 years of acute care or cardiothoracic nursing experience
Strong skills in critical care, patient assessment, and surgical support
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Willingness to participate in 24-hour call shifts
