TJX - - Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping and damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows;
Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs;
Model strong customer service practices and contribute to a positive store culture;
Maintain floor care cleanliness standards and operate cleaning equipment; ensure store areas (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, etc.) remain clean and orderly;
Comply with Health and Safety policies including restocking essential items in lounge/restrooms/front end; support Front End coverage as needed
