Patrols the buildings and premises to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and intrusion;
Responds to emergency situations such as accidents, fire alarms, crimes in progress and safety hazards;
Reports all suspicious activity, parking violations and abandoned vehicles;
Provides assistance, summons proper authorities, and polices area to maintain order, safety and to protect property;
Monitors the conduct of visitors on premises; confronts unauthorized persons for questioning as needed
