Security Officer Armed

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer for government sites. In this role, you will control access, patrol facilities, and monitor CCTV and alarms to protect people, assets, and sensitive areas. You'll enforce government and client policies, verify IDs, and respond to incidents with sound judgment and professionalism. Act 235 certification and firearms proficiency are required. Responsibilities

• Provide armed security protection at government facilities in compliance with Act 235 and site post orders
• Control access, verify identification, and screen visitors, vehicles, and packages
• Conduct security patrols, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and respond to incidents promptly
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports and maintain security logs
• Enforce client policies, safety procedures, and government regulations
• De-escalate conflicts professionally and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Participate in regular firearms, use-of-force, and security procedure training
• Deliver professional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors while representing Allied Universal
