National Indoor RV Centers is actively seeking a Warranty Administrator. We are growing fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long‑term valued member of our NIRVC family. The Warranty Administrator role is an hourly plus commission paid position.
Job DescriptionA successful Warranty Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of warranty verification, submission of claims, and services provided to the customer pertaining to warranties for parts or vehicles. The role assures customer needs and service requests are completed regarding warranties for units and works with department leaders to meet service goals.
ScheduleMonday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
Compensation $20 - $25/hour depending on experience.
- Works with manufacturers and service department to verify warranties of parts and service, keeping costs associated with repairs within the estimates of the warranty and submitting claims.
- Maintains a good relationship with manufacturers, service advisors, service technicians and managers.
- Collects proper information from advisors to get service done in a timely manner.
- Keeps accounts current and accurate.
- Makes phone calls as well as answers calls and emails promptly on warranty issues.
- Must have excellent customer relations skills and understand warranty process internally and externally.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Microsoft Office skills.
