Job Description:

Graduate Assistant for the Graduate Stem Programs

Hours:

Required 20 hours a week. Must have flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Graduate Stem Program Director and others as assigned
• Support Graduate Stem Program projects as assigned
• Prepare documentation for submission of information to STEM Steering Committee
• Assist in analysis of data and reports from Registrar's office
• Run basic data analysis for various programs and assist with assessment measures
• Participate in department meetings and functions
• Assist with preparation and delivery of virtual orientation sessions and residencies each semester
• Support Academic Success Coach with projects and duties as assigned
• Assist with other projects as requested by the Program Director.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree by May 2024
• Must have a 3.0 or above overall GPA
• Admission (or anticipated admission) into a Cumberland University master's program
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PPT, Excel, Access)
• Basic data analysis skills preferred
• Two academic and two professional recommendations preferred
