Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville is hiring a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our growing team.

Base pay: $75,000.00/yr – $/yr (actual pay will be based on your skills and experience).

• Provide guests with body repair estimates using CCC One estimating software and detailed, accurate repair plans supported by vehicle manufacturer repair statements.
• Report findings to guests and their insurance companies on required repairs and obtain approval to proceed.
• Schedule repairs with balanced shop load through CCC One.
• Greet guests at drop‑off and review the initial estimate with the vehicle.
• Walk around with customers to identify additional damages and offer additional estimates.
• Establish an agreed follow‑up plan to keep guests informed of repair status before they leave.
• Create and update repair plans in CCC One daily with notes and status changes.
• Work with technicians to inspect and estimate all additional repairs, communicating information promptly to claims adjusters for approval.
• Prepare and reconcile billing throughout the repair process, including tech labor, parts pricing, sublets, paint, and materials.
• Perform final inspection after repairs are completed to ensure completion and readiness for customer pickup.
