Position Summary

Position Summary... What you'll do...

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing procedures, and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and consult with others to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling logistics and company policies, and identifying training needs.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
• Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences, and create a workplace where associates feel supported and connected.

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year of supervisory experience; or Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; or 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience; or 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience; or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience supervising associates.
• Familiarity with Walmart Logistics Systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics.

Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and regional pay‑zone adjustments.
