- Operatesmotorgraderstoperformprecisegradingworkonconstructionsites.
- UtilizesGPSorlaser-guidedsystemstoachieveaccurategradingaccordingtoprojectspecifications.
- Readandimplementplans(rates,grades,slope,drainage) toensurethecorrectgrade.
- Followallsafetyandcompanypolicies.
- Workwithcrewmembersprofessionallytorelayexpectationsandpromotemotivation.
- Completejobswithinbudgetandontime.
- Performsroutinemaintenanceandinspectionsonbladestoensureoptimal,performance.
- Reportissues,material needs,andprogresstosupervisors.
- Performotherdutiesassigned.
- Abilitytooperatea John Deere
622GPorCAT
120graderisrequired.
Paver,Roller,Skid Steer,Skip&Dragexperiencepreferred. - Gradingexperienceisrequired;minimum2yearsfinishgradingwithablade(grader).
- Valid driver'slicense.
