Werequireanaction-oriented,experiencedteamplayerwhoexcelswithbreakdown/finishrollingandcontributespositivelytoourteam.

Job Responsibilities:

Operateasphaltrollerpreciselytoachievehigh-qualitypavingperDOT,local,andcommercialspecs.
Monitorasphalttemperaturesandvibrationusageforproperbreakdownandfinishrollingofasphalt.
Workalongsidecrewmembersandassistinallcapacitiesofapplications.
Upholdjobsitesafety,cleanliness,andprofessionalismatalltimes.
Report issues,material needs,andprogresstosupervisors.
Performotherassignedduties.

Skills Needed:

Minimum2-3yearsofasphaltpavingexperience.
Abilitytooperate Wacker,CAT,orsimilarasphaltrollers.
Operatinga Paveror Skid Steerisasignificantplus .
Valid Driver'sLicense.
Availabilitytoworkweekends.
