Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily site operations, crew management, and project logistics.

Monitor job site activities to ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.

Coordinate subcontractor schedules and material deliveries to keep daily tasks moving on schedule.

Maintain accurate field documentation, daily logs, and safety records for site transparency.

Resolve real-time field challenges and technical issues to prevent project delays.

Promote a safe, productive, and respectful job site environment for all trade partners.

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in general construction.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Strong communication and organizational skills for managing on-site documentation and teams.

Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction methods and field safety practices.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with project management software and other digital tools used to track projects, schedules, documentation, and communication.

OSHA 10 Certification
