Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Family Summary: This position is part of the Customer Experience team in Lebanon, TN or New Berlin, WA. This role reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
Job Summary: The Customer Experience representative is part of a team that provide support to customers, sales reps, and end users all over the world. For specific duties, see below. Responsibilities- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Typically requires general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
- Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support.
- Process quotes, orders, and returns when applicable within the region.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Support Customer Experience teams as needed.
- Follow directions, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
- Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.

- Minimum of at least 2-4 years experience of customer support.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Call center experience a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.
- Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Basic computer, and math skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.
- Ability to accommodate flexible or varied work schedules.
- Fluent in Spanish language a plus.
