BDC Representative (Business Development Center)Wilson County Hyundai is growing, and we're looking for motivated, energetic people to join our team!
What You'll Do:- Answer inbound sales and service inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls and send texts/emails
- Schedule customer appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work closely with our Sales and Service teams
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus - we'll train the right person!
