Wilson County Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the Service Department. You will greet customers on the service lane, record work requests, explain repairs in easy-to-understand terms, and ensure the work meets customer expectations and the work order.
The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager, help manage the shop when unavailable, coordinate warranty claims, and maintain a professional, organized work area while meeting department metrics.
