2026-27 Preschool Caregiver (TLC)

TLC is a childcare program (8 weeks – 5 years) for WCS employees that follows the WCS calendar.
Job Description:
Provide care and educational activities for infants and preschool‑age children in a program that meets WCS standards.
- Minimum: high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with infants and preschool‑age children is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
- High School/Trade School degree preferred
Full‑Time (typically 180 days per school year with optional part‑time availability)

Pay rate will be determined by comparable work experience and placement on Grade 2 of the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule. Starting rate of pay will be no less than $14.61 per hour.
